HOLIDAY, Fla. — You could call Shaun Dunn an unofficial pollster.

He spends every day talking to voters from all over.

“I see all of the stories of where the presidency or his views affect someone’s personal life. They tell you,” Dunn said.

Dunn’s election merchandise stands at the Holiday Mall and The Grove at Wesley Chapel will catch your eye.

The unique setup almost resembles a debate stage.

On one side of a parking lot: A stand for President Trump.

On the other: A stand for Democratic Nominee Joe Biden.

Two separate stands with different merchandise and customers with different views. Shaun says he just stays neutral.

“Customers either love or hate Trump. Or they love or hate Biden. Everyone wants to support who they’re going to vote for. That’s what makes it a good election for us.”

From buying flags to signs to hats, Dunn says most shoppers keep it civil with each other.

But he does get some questions.

“They might say ‘Who are those guys over there?! Can we get rid of that?’ And I’ll say we have to give them a fair shot,” Dunn said.

As for who’s selling the most gear, he gets asked that all of the time.

Some voters even check in with him or his employees regularly.

“I’ve seen that Trump has sold the most but the trend is that Biden is gaining ground,” Dunn said.

He says stands will be open “all day and every day” through the election.

They’re located at the Holiday Mall on US 19 (Winn Dixie parking lot) and at The Grove on Wesley Chapel Blvd.
