Pasco County officials said 40% of its residents have been vaccinated for COVID-19, and the number of positive cases has dropped substantially in recent weeks. According to county officials, more than 226,000 people have been vaccinated in Pasco.
Because of a decrease in traffic at some testing locations, the county is assessing which testing sites are no longer needed.
The Gulf View Square Mall testing location will be open today from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. to service its last patients needing a COVID-19 test.
The county is urging anyone needing a test to visit other sites that will remain open.
