HERNANDO COUNTY, Fla. — Fran Capo is a New York native who just transitioned to the Bay Area this year.

If the name sounds familiar, that's because she holds two Guinness World Record titles for the fastest talking woman ever.

“First time I broke it, March 5th 1986 on the Larry King Life shot and then second time I broke it June 5th 1990," she said.

She read the 91st Psalm twice in less than six seconds to earn the title and break her own record years later.

She told Bay News 9's Katya Guillaume that ever since she was a little girl, she was taught that she had no limits.

“My mother was the person that taught me that nothing is impossible and my dad always taught me to find the humor in life,” and she continues to live by her parents word to this day.

While many look her up online and social media and find that she's a fast talker, she actually uses her world record mindset to teach others how to follow their dreams as well.

She's a standup comedian, a motivational speaker, an author...her list of accolades goes on.

On a wall in her home office is a total of six world records she's held.

Capo is now focusing on her "Love, Laughter, & Light" one woman comedy show that she will be performing in Spring Hill in February
