As the Russian invasion of Ukraine continues, many Floridians are having trouble connecting with family members affect by the fighting.

To help alleviate some of that, Charter Communications is waiving fees for calls to Ukraine via Spectrum Voice and Spectrum Mobile during the month of March.

According to information from Charter, customers will not have to do anything because the fees will be automatically waived from their monthly bill.

AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon have also said they would drop charges for calls to Ukraine and some neighboring countries for a limited time.

Charter Communications is the parent company of Spectrum Bay News 9 and Spectrum News 13.
