TAMPA, Fla. — Coasis is coming to Tampa later in February, with a shrimp ceviche on the menu.

A new restaurant offering a taste of Florida, the islands and beyond — Coasis. We got a sneak peek!

Chef/Owner Melly Gardner of Three Generations Food Truck is opening a brick-and-mortar restaurant with a new concept, along with her partner Brandi Gergle and Executive Chef Kendall Ivy.
This is one of the new restaurant’s dishes.

Ceviche Recipe
1 orange, juiced
1/2 orange, zested
8 limes, juiced 
1 lime, zested
2T red onion, diced small
2T red bell pepper, diced small
2T cucumber, diced small
1T cilantro, minced
1 clove garlic, grated
1/2 Serrano pepper, sliced thin
1 mango, diced small
12 shrimp cleaned and diced
2T black pepper
Salt to taste

Mango puree and edible orchids to garnish
Combine ingredients, refrigerate for 60 to 90 minutes.
Top with mango puree and edible orchids.
