Kelly Parrott is an Army veteran and cancer survivor who suffers from PTSD.

She is the vice president of Florida Weed For Warriors Project and advocates for the full legalization of marijuana in the Sunshine State. She has spent years lobbying and working with lawmakers to make this a reality.

Not only is Parrott an advocate, but she also uses medical marijuana and said it’s been a game changer in her life.

“It’s just relaxing, you know, and the anxiety comes down, and I can just kind of function,” she said.

Parrott said that before she started using hash oil, she was on several different medications to deal with her PTSD and anxiety.

However, since she started using marijuana it, is now the only medication she said that truly makes a difference.

She uses hash oil to make gummies that she can eat whenever she likes and says she can fully function while using them.

Medical marijuana is legal in the state of Florida, but patients must have a medical marijuana card to make purchases.

Parrott said that legalizing marijuana would be a great benefit for Florida, including creating a new stream of revenue that could bring in millions each year.
