The group "Students for Justice in Palestine" and the ACLU are suing Governor DeSantis and the state university system for trying to ban the group from college campuses. Lawyers for the group emphasize that this isn’t about religion or the conflict overseas, but is a free speech violation by the state university system and the Governor. We speak to Howard Simon, the interim Executive Director of the ACLU of Florida, about this lawsuit.
