HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. — Hillsborough County Fire Rescue had a busy evening on Tuesday, fighting two separate home fires that night.

The first was an electrical fire around 5:30 p.m. at a home on Las Brisas Drive in Riverview.

Crews had to force their way into the home through the garage door. The fire was contained within 15 minutes.

Fire rescue officials said no one was home and there were no injuries.

The second fire was just after 7:30 p.m. at a home on Bridlewood Way in Brandon.

The first crews arrived to heavy flames coming from the back of the house and were able to put it out within 20 minutes.

Investigators said the cause was related to a propane tank that neighbors said they heard explode.

There were no injuries.
