TAMPA, Fla. — Tampa Police say they have made a second arrest in connection with the shooting that happened outside Armature Works on Tuesday that left four people injured.

Nineteen-year-old Jaimartez Young turned themself in and was charged with attempted murder among several other charges.

According to police, the shooting started after two groups of teenagers got into an argument outside of Stones Throw restaurant along North Ola Avenue. That argument escalated, and gunshots were fired.

Police say at least one person from the two groups was hit, and three bystanders were shot.

A 17-year-old was arrested following the shooting near Armature Works earlier this week. That teen also faces a charge of attempted murder.
