CINCINNATI — Emergency crews in Cincinnati are working to put up flood gates and road blocks in low-lying areas as the Ohio River reaches almost double its normal height. 

As of Thursday morning, here are road closures in Hamilton County:

• Miles Road between Covered Bridge and Southshore Drive
• Debolt Road between Little Miami Terrace and Moore Road
• Kellogg Avenue between Sutton Avenue and shortly after Five Mile Road 
• Sutton Avenue between Four Mile Road and Kellogg Avenue 
• Four Mile Road between Gwendolyn Drive and Kellogg Avenue 
• Eight Mile Road between Kellogg Avenue and Hopper Road
• Old Kellogg Road between Eight Mile Road and Woodland Mound Drive
• Lawrenceburg Road between U.S. 50 to Miamiview Drive
