CINCINNATI — The Ohio River's height has nearly doubled, leaving to localized flooding in some parts of Cincinnati and Kentucky. 

Emergency crews are working around the area to ensure affected roadways and parks are blocked off. According to the National Weather Service, a Flood Warning remains in effect until early Friday morning for areas in Cincinnati along the Ohio River.
