Bills TE Dawson Knox has tested positive for COVID-19, the team announced Saturday.
Knox has been placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list, according to the Bills. Per NFL protocols, TE Lee Smith, TE Tommy Sweeney, and practice squad TE Nate Becker have been defined to have been in close contact with Knox, the Bills said.
Those players were also placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list, and will miss Sunday’s game.
