LEXINGTON, Ky. — Known as “Brew City,” Milwaukee will welcome hordes of University of Kentucky fans this week for the opening rounds of the NCAA Tournament.

  • Kentucky's Alumni Association is hosting a pregame party for fans in Milwaukee

  • The local bar, On Tap, will host the party before Kentucky's opening game of the NCAA Tournament

  • Kentucky plays Troy Trojans at 7:10 p.m. on Friday, March 21 at 7:10 p.m. ET

  • If UK wins Friday, On Tap will host the pregame party for the second round game

The UK Alumni Association has already set up a pregame party for Friday, March 21 from 4 p.m.-6 p.m. ET at On Tap, which is at 1203 N. 10th Street. Kentucky plays the Troy Trojans at 7:10 p.m. ET.

The free event is open to everyone, and the association said UK swag will be available while they last. Food and drink will be available for everyone to buy.

Tickets for first and second rounds in Milwaukee can be purchased at online. Fans looking for more ticket information can visit the NCAA Ticket Exchange, the official secondary marketplace for authentic NCAA Tournament tickets.

If the Wildcats advance to the second round, On Tap will once again serve as the UK Alumni Association’s pregame headquarters, opening three hours before Kentucky’s scheduled session. Event times will be posted on the alumni association’s website once confirmed.

Fans who can’t make it to Wisconsin can still find a watch party. The Alumni Association has several across the country and they can also be found online.
