Rain totals will be very unevenly distributed. Some locations will pick up over an inch of rain while others will see far less. That will entirely depend on the track of individual showers and storms.

A few storms could produce some gusty winds and small hail as well.

The weekend ahead then looks quiet. Saturday will be fairly cool, but then a nice warmup begins Sunday. By Monday, highs will be well above average again.
