WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – High-wire daredevil Nik Wallenda has decided to "walk the plank" for his next stunt.

Wallenda will perform a high-walk at Legoland Florida on April 16 in celebration of the theme park's new Pirate Island Hotel.

Wallenda's walk will take place from an as-yet-to-be announced location inside the park to the new hotel. He will walk a wire that's more than 600 feet long and well over 60 feet off the ground. In keeping with the Lego theme, Wallenda will use a 28-foot balance pole made of Legos.

Fans will be able to watch the stunt live on April 16.  Legoland said it will announced more details on social media.

The new Legoland Pirate Hotel will officially open to the public on April 17.
