TAMPA, Fla. — Busch Gardens Tampa Bay’s Food & Wine Festival returns this month with live music and more than 20 new dishes, the theme park announced Thursday.

The festival will begin February 20 and run every weekend through April 25 with limited capacity and a number of health and safety measures in place, including face coverings, temperature checks and social distancing.

On select dates in March and April, concerts featuring nationally-recognized bands and local acts will take place at the park’s Festival Field. Busch Gardens says performers will be announced soon. All concerts are included with park admission.

This year’s festival will feature a menu with more than 110 items, including 22 new dishes. Some of the new menu items include the five-spice duck lettuce wraps, the lollipop chicken drum, lobster white cheddar Kraft mac ‘n’ cheese, and the Woodford Reserve bourbon bread pudding.

There will also be more than 50 wines, beers and seltzers available from around the world. Also on the menu will be new hand-crafted cocktails, including the Cutwater frozen margarita popsicles.

Visitors can purchase a sampler lanyard to use during the festival. The lanyard comes in three options—a five, 10 or 12-item sampler. Prices start at $34.99 for the five-item sampler. Pass members can get an exclusive 15-item sampler for the price of a 12-item sampler.
