TAMPA, Fla. — Busch Gardens Tampa Bay will kick off its holiday season on Nov. 12 when Christmas Town returns to the theme park.

The holiday event will run daily through Jan. 2, offering a several themed activities, including a few new experiences.
One of the new additions to the lineup is the “Holiday in the Sky” fireworks show, which will feature classic holiday tunes and “bursts” of Christmas colors in the sky. The fireworks display will be offered every Saturday and on select nights starting Nov. 13.
There will also be new experiences Santa and Mrs. Claus. At Santa’s North Pole Experience, visitors will get a chance to see Santa at his workshop. At the park’s Coke Canopy, Mrs. Claus will share holiday tales as part of the new Storytime with Mrs. Claus experience.
Christmas Town will also feature the return of offerings from previous years, including the Christmas on Ice skating show at the Moroccan Palace Theater, the Holly Jolly Express train ride, Rudolph’s Winter Wonderland, Elmo’s Christmas Wish holiday show and the Three Kings Journey musical show at the Stanleyville Theater.
The event will also have a variety of specialty dishes and drinks at the Christmas Town Village. The holiday menu will include cookies, hot cocoa, bison burger, totchos, sea salt caramel and brown butter bread pudding, Impossible nachos, and holiday-themed cocktails and brews.
Busch Gardens is offering visitors early access to some of the Christmas Town festivities during a preview weekend on Nov. 6-7. Annual pass members will have exclusive access to the 2 p.m. performance of Christmas on Ice during the preview weekend.
