Florida’s 2020 primary elections are fast approaching, with August 18 being the big day. There are dozens of races running the gamut from controversial to heated to possibly game-changing as we head toward the November 3 general election.

ON AUGUST 18: POLLS OPEN AT 7 a.m. AND CLOSE AT 7 p.m.

One key to remember about voting in Florida: The polls close at 7 p.m. EST in the Tampa Bay and Central Florida areas, but polls in the Panhandle close at 8 p.m. EST.
