The bank employee who opened fire at his Louisville workplace targeted specific people with the rifle he bought legally a week earlier, Louisville Metro Police said Tuesday.
3. Manhattan DA Bragg sues GOP Rep. Jordan over interference in Trump case
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg filed a lawsuit against House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan of Ohio in an effort to block congressional Republicans from meddling in his office's ongoing criminal case against former President Donald Trump.
4. Biden calls Texas judge’s abortion pill ruling ‘completely out of bounds’
Biden’s comments about the ruling issued last week by U.S. District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk, an appointee of his predecessor, Donald Trump, come one day after the Justice Department appealed the decision, calling it "extraordinary and unprecedented."
5. Two killed, four injured in five-vehicle crash in Polk County
Two people were killed Tuesday morning in a five-vehicle crash in the Four Corners area of unincorporated Davenport.

7. Tampa Bay Times: Cyberattack on Oldsmar’s water supply never happened, official says
It’s been more than two years since Oldsmar, the small city on the Pinellas-Hillsborough county line, became the center of an international news story, after authorities said someone remotely accessed a computer in the city’s water treatment plant and tried to contaminate the water supply.

- RAYS UP: After becoming the first major league team since the 1987 Milwaukee Brewers to open the season with 10 straight wins, the Tampa Bay Rays will play the Boston Red Sox tonight at Tropicana Field, hoping to extend their winning streak. The game will start at 6:40 p.m.
- TAMPA TRAFFIC: The eastbound outer lane of West Bay to Bay Boulevard is closed between South Clark Avenue and South Grady Avenue as the Tampa Water Department conducts maintenance on the water distribution system. There will be barricades and signs in the area to help reroute traffic. The work is expected to be completed with a return to normal traffic patterns by tomorrow at 5 p.m., weather permitting.
- GAS PRICES: For a third day in a row, Florida's average gas prices remain the same today, according to AAA. The Sunshine State's average gas price today is $3.58 per gallon, the same as the last two days, according to AAA. To find the cheapest gas prices in the Bay area, click here.
