"On our donated clothing you can save easily probably 75 percent," said Jennifer Fleming, a Goodwill Spokesperson. "All day long, all season long."
Thrift stores, especially Goodwill, also often have new items shoppers weren't expecting.
Shoppers can find electronics on the cheap and at this time of year, ornaments, decorations and all kinds of stocking stuffers can be had for cheap.

"For new goods, it’s probably 20 percent off what it might be at a Walmart or Big Lots or something like that," Fleming said.
Best of all, shoppers searching for that perfect gift may find it at a great price.
After you get some great deals on gifts, make sure you don’t spend more than you have to on wrapping paper. Pick some up on the way out: a roll of wrapping paper for a $1.25. Several bags for just $3.
