Dunn, 47, is facing a second-degree murder charge related to a controversial shooting in his store that was caught on camera.

In October, the former commissioner shot and killed Christobal Lopez, 50, as the homeless man attempted to leave the store with a hatchet he was allegedly attempting to shoplift from the store.

Dunn resigned from his commission seat days after the shooting.
