MADEIRA BEACH, Fla. — Firefighters from six different agencies responded to a 3-alarm apartment building Tuesday morning in Madeira Beach.
The fire broke out just after 10 a.m. at a building in the 13400 block of Boca Ciega Avenue near 2nd Street.
Officials said one person was treated for burns and transported to the hospital Two others had smoke inhalation and were treated on scene.
While fighting the flames, crews had to deal with low power lines, according to officials.
The fire remains under investigation and officials have not said what sparked the fire.
