Lows will not drop much, with low 70s in coastal areas and mid to upper 60s inland.
Expect the line of showers and storms to move into Citrus and Hernando counties first. It will move into coastal counties in the morning and then push eastward across the region, departing Polk County in the afternoon.
Since the rain will be moving in early, the high temperatures will also be early in the day in the upper 70s to low 80s. Then temperatures will drop behind the front in the evening.
The rain will exit in time for any outdoor plans Friday evening with clearing skies.

Drier air will start moving in and a less humid feel will be with us for Saturday morning, with lows in the 50s to low 60s.
However, this time of year dry air can heat up quickly due to the high sun angle. As a result, expect highs in the mid 80s Saturday afternoon, even though the humidity will be low.
Saturday night will be gorgeous, with mostly clear skies and lows in the upper 50s to mid 60s.
Sunday will start sunny and go partly cloudy in the afternoon. It will be a warmer afternoon with highs in the mid to upper 80s.
