Deputies responded to the school located at 1700 Bloomingdale Avenue around 3 a.m. after an alarm was tripped.
When deputies arrived, they noticed broken glass on the door to the main office and found three men inside.
The suspects, identified as Alexander Ducot, 19, Daniel Myers, 19, and Tyrus Cates, 18, fled the scene and were captured outside the school building.
Authorities said multiple desk drawers inside the office were open and nearly two dozen school keys were scattered across the floor and in the hallway. A fire extinguisher was also discovered missing near one of the classrooms.
Deputies discovered one of the suspects carrying a mailroom bag belonging to Bloomingdale High with several items inside, including $4.96 in miscellaneous coins, a Windows HP computer valued at $1,100, a USB adapter, a screwdriver, and a check for $518.
The three suspects are facing charges of grand theft third degree, grand theft of a fire extinguisher, rendering a fire extinguisher inoperative, resisting an officer without violence, and trespassing and burglary.
Authorities believe the three men are also responsible for an incident at Bloomingdale High on December 28 where deputies found a white substance, similar to the discharge from a fire extinguisher, on the floor leading to the cafeteria.
