They’re large facilities with lots of room for social distancing, and the NFL says its stadiums are perfect vaccination sites.

Commissioner Roger Goodell sent a letter on February 4 to President Biden, writing that the league and its 32 teams “are committed to doing our part to ensure that vaccines are as widely accessible in our communities as possible.”

According to the NFL, the following seven stadiums are already being used as vaccination sites:

• Arizona (State Farm Stadium)
• Atlanta (Mercedes-Benz Stadium)
• Baltimore (M&T Bank Stadium)
• Carolina (Bank of America Stadium)
• Houston (NRG Park)
• Miami (Hard Rock Stadium)
• New England (Gillette Stadium)

“Our efforts will not stop there … Each NFL team will make its stadium available for mass vaccinations of the general public in coordination with local, state, and federal health officials,” Goodell wrote.
