WINTER PARK, Fla. — Manager Jeremy Alderman always had a bit of a sweet tooth, but his true love for everything candy wasn't realized until he found a job at Peterbrooke Chocolatiers.

“It's always been a fun thing I've wanted to try out and do, but I'd say it's become my passion since I started working here," Alderman said.
For two years and counting, Alderman has been at Peterbrooke Chocolatiers in Winter Park, where he helps to craft and concoct their staples, including huge favorite the coquina bark.
“We have so many customers that love the coquina bark, but also that nutty bark," Alderman said.
Of all their delicious treats, Peterbrooke might be most well-known for its hand-dipped specialties, which visitors can watch chocolatiers make firsthand at the shop.
“People can watch us dipping things, making things,” owner Kevin Wray said. “All sorts of fun stuff goes on back here."
The Winter Park staple gives visitors a chance to step into a world dedicated to candy crafted to give serious Willy Wonka vibes.
Peterbrooke Chocolatiers in Winter Park is open 7 days a week.
Right now, the shop's chocolate-making classes are on hold, but managers hope to resume those soon.
