Her aunt, Cindy Garcia started a gofundme page to bring Jasmin home so she can get the medical treatment she needs.
More than $30,000 was donated for her care and on Tuesday, she was transported by a medical jet ICU back to the Tampa Bay area.
Her aunt says she is responsive.
"I said jasmine do you know who I am,” Garcia said. “Not forcefully but she squeezed, she knew that I was there."
There's a continued effort to raise money for her recovery. And a fundraiser is planned for Saturday.
