ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — The Tampa Bay Rays will have their first promotional ticket NFT giveaway on Saturday against the Baltimore Orioles, and the promotion includes a Wander Franco bobblehead doll.

“It’s a little bit of old school meets new school,” said Rays Chief Business Officer Bill Walsh. “We have a traditional bobblehead, but we also have the NFT digital collectible, much like a baseball card that many of us collected in our youth.”
All fans who scan a game ticket on the MLB Ballpark app upon entering Tropicana Field will receive an email from RaysBaseball.com within 48 hours. The email will include information on how to create a Candy Digital account, which is required to receive the NFT.
