ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — A police investigation is ongoing in the downtown St. Pete condo death of a 70-year-old woman.
According to police, officers responded to the Parkshore Plaza Condominiums at 300 Beach Drive Thursday afternoon where they found Deborah Ann Haugh dead in her condo from “violent trauma.”
Police were performing a welfare check on Haugh when she failed to show up at a previously planned meeting.
By Thursday night, police named Haugh’s boyfriend, 57-year-old Tracy Lee Lukanic, as a suspect in her death.
However, police said he took his own life Thursday by jumping off the top floor of the Sundial Parking Garage.
