Tropical Storm Nicole has become as deadly storm as two people were killed in Central Florida. Two people were electrocuted by a downed power line after getting out of a vehicle in Orange County, according to authorities.
Nicole made landfall as a Category 1 hurricane early Thursday near Vero Beach on Florida's southeast coast. By 4 a.m., it was downgraded to a tropical storm.
