ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Some northbound and southbound lanes of the Howard Frankland Bridge were closed because of a police investigation. Those lanes are beginning to reopen.
Authorities are calling the situation a water rescue.
St. Petersburg police said it is unknown how long the lanes will stay closed.
