TAMPA, Fla. — The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is investigating how a worker was killed Thursday morning involving an auger.

Tampa Fire Rescue responded to a work site incident in the 5200 block of Adamo Drive at 11:16 a.m.

They said crews discovered the man who was killed during an accident relating to the auger, which is a spiral-shaped tool that can bore out holes.
