OLDSMAR, Fla. — Conditions have deteriorated at R.E. Olds Park in Oldsmar, where residents were watching unruly water in Old Tampa Bay throughout the afternoon.

As Hurricane Helene passes west of Tampa Bay, many of those residents have now left the parks as floodwaters begin to build up in the park.
