TAMPA — A downtown Tampa intersection is under water, which is rising quickly.

Spectrum Bay News 9's Fallon Silcox reports from Ashley Drive and East Brorein Street, where she saw people walking in the water and trying to drive through flooded roads.

Authorities are advising people who didn't evacuate ahead of the storm to stay off the roads.
