TAMPA, Fla. — The Tampa Bay Rays, who will play their regular season home schedule at Steinbrenner Field in 2025 because of storm damage to Tropicana Field, will have a "clear bag policy" in place.

According to the team's website, permitted bags include:

One Clear Bag (plastic, vinyl, or soft PVC) with no obscured interior pockets per person

  • Clear Bag cannot exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
  • Clear Bag should be a single compartment
  • Clear Bag may have handles or straps
  • Plastic Storage Bag (reusable, clear) 1 Gallon size are acceptable

The team will also have polices related to fanny packs.

Items that won't be allowed inside the stadium include:

  • Any non-transparent bags – all bags must be CLEAR
  • Backpacks, luggage of any kind, computer bags, camera bags, briefcases, or similar
  • Hard sided bags, boxes or containers
  • Fanny packs, clutches, wallets, or any other bag or purse larger than the permissible size of 5”x7”
