HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. — Two people were injured after the car they were in got stuck underneath a semi-truck during a crash in Sun City Center. 

Hillsborough County Fire and Rescue responded to the crash on Sun City Center Boulevard, just east of I-75, Tuesday morning. 

First responders had to extricate the trapped driver of the car, and transported both the driver and passenger to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  

Officials have not released any more info on the crash which remains under investigation.
