ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — A nice, quiet evening is on tap.

Expect mostly clear skies and warm conditions. Temperatures will slowly dip into 70's late this evening.

Temperatures will run on the mild side through the overnight hours. Expect temperatures to dip into the low 70's for Tampa and 60's north.

The warm dry pattern will continue for a little while longer before rain chances return later this week.

Wednesday will be another warm, dry day with high temperatures in the mid 80s, slightly cooler along the coast. It will also feel a little more humid.

The same continues into Thursday but a stray shower can’t be ruled out Thursday afternoon. The rain chance is low, around 10 percent.

A front will approach our area on Friday and it will stall nearby. This will give us lots of clouds and rounds of showers. Temperatures will cool down too with highs in the upper 70's for Tampa, mid 70's north.

It will be breezy on Friday too as the front approaches.

Another front approaches on Sunday. This will give us another round of showers and storms. It will be breezy on Sunday, too.

Daily rain chances continue into early next week with temperatures climbing into the low 80's.
