The decision on Tangra came after a hearing Thursday. The owners of Ybor Cigars Plus settled with the council instead of arguing its case in a hearing.
Council members said the two clubs were suspended for violating covid-19 restrictions at least twice in December and January.
Both clubs will face alcohol suspensions for three days next month.
The Times reports nearly a dozen other businesses will have their own hearings before the council in the coming weeks.
