It was Tampa Bay's time to celebrate the Lightning and their second-straight Stanley Cup win.

A parade of champions sailed down the Hillsborough River before the boats docked along the Riverfront.

But in keeping with the team's stormy name, rain and lightning eventually brought the festivities to a soaking stop.
