OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. — Snow is something you don't see every day in the Sunshine State.
Up north in the Florida panhandle, the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office captured snow falling around 3 a.m. Monday in a Lowe's parking lot.
Just a few hours earlier on Sunday afternoon, the Sheriff's Office says it was 75 degrees out. A strong cold front swept over the state Sunday night, sending temperatures plummeting to freezing levels in some parts.
