For the past decade, Pinellas County beach communities have struggled with how to regulate vacation rentals in their neighborhoods. Once again this legislative session, there is a fight over how far cities can go to regulate short-term rentals. State Senator Nick DiCeglie joins Holly to discuss this bill.
