TAMPA, Fla. — With Easter approaching on Sunday, March 31, many events are springing up across Tampa Bay for the holiday. From Easter Egg hunts to photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny, there's fun for all families to enjoy. View our list of activities taking place this weekend below.

Citrus County
- The Great Hoppening Easter Egg Hunt
March 30, 11 a.m. | Liberty Park
This is the first ever Easter Egg Hunt at Liberty Park, hosted by The Train Station.
- Easter Egg Hunt at D & J Blueberry Farm
March 31, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. | D & J Blueberry Farms
There will be separate hunt start times for all kids to enjoy. The event also features a bounce house, arts and crafts, and food and drink vendors.
Hernando County
- Spring Hill Egg Hunt
March 30, 9:15 a.m. - 12 p.m. | Crosspoint Church
Enjoy an egg hunt with over 50,000 eggs, Easter crafts, inflatables, live music and character meet-and-greets and food trucks. A Sensory Relief Zone will be available for the duration of the event.
- Easter Brunch Eggstravaganza
March 31, 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. | Hernando Oaks Golf Club
Guests can choose from list brunch favorites and can either dine in or take out. Adults can eat for $22.95, children under 10 can join for $9.95.
- Eggstravaganza Express with Central Pasco and Gulf Railroad
March 29-31, 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. | Crews Lake Wilderness Park
Guests can take a ride on a mini-train that’s been decorated for the Easter holiday in addition to Easter Egg hunts, pictures with the Easter Bunny, and arts and crafts.
Hillsborough County
- Ashley’s Eggsploration
March 30, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. | Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park
Adults and kids of all ages can enjoy several family-friendly games, local food trucks, photos with the Easter bunny and an egg scavenger hunt, where participants will find a combination of eggs based on their age group and redeem them for a prize.
- Hop on the Lawn at Armature Works
March 30, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. | Armature Works West Lawn
In order to secure a spot for your child/children, you must purchase their ticket through Eventbrite. Select your child’s age and the time slot you would like them to participate in. On the day of the event (March 30th), check-In will open at 9 a.m. on Market Street. Please allow ample time to get checked in. The egg hunt will be broken into individual time slots. Each group will have 15 minutes to collect as many eggs as they can. We strongly encourage no more than 20 eggs per child. Each wave will have Golden Eggs with a special prize.
- Easter For Tampa Bay
March 31, 10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. | Raymond James Stadium
This free event features tailgating, games and family-friendly Easter fun. Parking is free at the stadium and guests are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing.
- Hoppy Easter
March 29, (5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.) 30-31, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. | The Florida Aquarium
Celebrate Easter at the Florida Aquarium, where families can get their pictures taken with the Easter Bunny and embark on an Easter Egg scavenger hunt. March 29 will feature an Easter celebration exclusively for those with sensory differences.
- Easter Experience at Bay Chapel with Helicopter Egg Drop
March 31, 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. | Bay Chapel
Space is limited for this event, so registration is required. Visit Bay Chapel’s website to reserve a spot at one of the Worship Experience times then plan to stay for the Helicopter Egg Drop.
Manatee County
- Cotton Tail Express at Florida Railroad Museum in Parrish
March 29-30, times vary | Florida Railroad Museum
The “Cotton Tail Express” is departing for the museum’s annual Easter Egg Hunt. Enjoy a 30 minute train ride to Willow, FL where activities are planned for children of all ages. Food and beverages are available for purchase onboard the train and while at the egg hunt.
- Gamble Creek Farms Easter Egg Hunt
March 30, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. | Gamble Creek Farms
Hang out with the Easter Bunny, check out the farmers market, listen to live music, buy from local vendors, visit the local fire department and see the fire truck at this event.
- Egg Hunt at the Ballpark
March 30, 10:30 a.m. | Buffalo Creek Baseball Fields
Enjoy donuts with the Easter Bunny and springtime activities. Guests will also be able to win prizes during the egg hunt.
Pasco County
- Keystone Farmers Market Easter Egg Hunt
March 31, 1-2 p.m.; 4-5 p.m. | Keystone Farmers Market
The treats inside the Easter Eggs will include candy, small toys and coupons for the market. Easter baskets will be sold for $5 each.
- Raprager Farms Easter Festival 2024
March 29-31, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. | Raprager Family Farms
The farm will feature seasonal activities like meeting the Easter Bunny, numerous egg hunts, season decor, and small animals guests can hold.
- Easter Egg Hunt at The Grand Concourse in Shady Hills
March 29-31, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. | Grand Concourse Railroad
Guests can take the “Eggs-press” train to a field filled with Easter Eggs. There will also be food, bounce houses and live entertainment.
- Easter Brunch and Mini Golf Egg Hunt
March 31, 12 p.m. – 3 p.m. | Plantation Palms Golf Club
The mini golf egg hunt will run from 12 p.m. – 1 p.m., followed with brunch with the Easter Bunny at 1:30 p.m.
Pinellas County
- Winter’s Beachfront Egg Hunt
March 29, 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. | Winter The Dolphin’s Beach Club
Participants will enjoy an egg hunt in the sand, photos with the Easter Bunny and a bagged breakfast. This event is free for beach club guests and $10 for visitors. Be sure to arrive by 9:30 a.m. as only the first 100 registered attendees can participate.
- Easter at the Farm at DK Farms
March 29 – 31, 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. | DK Farms and Gardens
This Easter celebration will have egg hunts by age groups. All participants will receive a goodie bag at the end. There will also by pony rides, a petting zoo and a visit from the Easter Bunny.
- St. Pete Pier Spring Festival & Easter Egg Hunt
March 30, 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. | St. Pete Pier
Get ready for a day filled with family-friendly activities, an Easter Egg Hunt, bounce zones and much more at the Pier’s second annual spring event.
- Countryside Eggstravaganza
March 30, 9:30 a.m. | Countryside Recreation Center
There will be plenty of Easter Eggs, activities, touch-a-trucks and fun for all ages at the Countryside Recreation Center.
- "Fun in the Sun" Day
March 30, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. | Gulfport Recreation Center
This 17th annual children's event will include an egg hunt, a raffle for baskets, music, food and fun. Children will also have the opportunity to climb into the driver’s seat of their favorite vehicle: police car, police boat, fire truck, ambulance or garbage truck. Remember to bring a basket for the egg hunt and a camera to capture a photo with Peter Cottontail.
- Easter at Clearwater Marine Aquarium
March 30-31 (times vary) | Clearwater Marine Aquarium
Enjoy Easter activities throughout the weekend at the aquarium. Saturday features an opportunity to spend the morning with the Easter Bunny at the CMA’s Seaside Easter Breakfast. Sunday will feature Easter Bunny photo opportunities, activity tables, games, treat stations, face painting and an Easter Egg hunt.
Polk County
- Easter Fest - Glow in the Dark Easter Egg Hunt at Fellowship Church
March 29, 7:30 p.m. – 9 p.m. | Fellowship Church
Enjoy an Easter Egg hunt in the dark, along with free food, prizes and Easter Bunny photos. The hunt will be split into four age categories.

Join the Easter Bunny for brunch and a morning of activities including crafts, games, and photo opportunities.

Be sure to bring a camera to capture your family’s Easter fun. Guests can also participate in a free scavenger Egg Hunt with a chance to win a Family Fun Pack.
- Easter Egg Hunt
March 30, 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. | Kiwanis Winter Haven
This event features two egg hunts and will include games and other activities for kids and their families to enjoy.
- Bartow Ford’s Easter Egg Hunt
March 30, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. | Bartow Ford
There will be food vendors, inflatable obstacle courses, face painting and more. Don’t forget your camera to take photos with the Easter Bunny and a basket for the eggs.
- City of Davenport Easter Egg Hunt
March 30, 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. | Lewis Mathews Sports Complex
There will be age-based hunts along with giveaways.
