ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Election polling officials in Pinellas County said Thursday that 25 polling locations have been relocated after Helene and Milton.
The locations were mostly in St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Tarpon Springs and Treasure Island. The county posted all of the changes here.
The county's seven early voting sites were unaffected by the storms and will be available for early voting starting October 21.
Twenty-four secure mail ballot return locations will also be available, officials said.
In a statement, polling officials also addressed how voters who were dispaced by either storm should vote:
- Pinellas County voters affected by these storms do not need to update their residential address if temporarily displaced. If you are receiving your mail at a different address besides your residential address, contact 727-464-VOTE (8683).
- If you requested a vote-by-mail ballot and are in an area of Pinellas County that is not receiving mail or have an alternate address due to displacement, call to request a replacement ballot at 727-464-VOTE (8683). Only one returned ballot per voter will be accepted.
