The new record-breaking attraction, which is being touted as the world’s fastest and steepest hybrid coaster, is now expected to open spring 2021.
As fans wait with growing anticipation, Busch Gardens has released the first POV footage from aboard the coaster.
Iron Gwazi is a rebuild of the former Gwazi wooden coaster. The new coaster will reach a height of 206 feet and speeds of up to 76 miles per hour. The coaster will also feature three inversions and 12 airtime moments. The highlight for riders will likely be the 91-degree angle drop from the coaster’s highest point.
