TAMPA, Fla. — Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is ready to let the good times roll again with the return of its Mardi Gras celebration.

The event, kicking off Jan. 13, will feature live entertainment — a themed parade and an authentic brass band — and New Orleans-inspired cuisine.

The menu will include staples such as gumbo, jambalaya, andouille sausage po’ boy and beignets. There will also be a new station serving sweet crepes.

An assortment of cocktails, beer, wine and signature mocktails will also be available.

Busch Gardens will also have sampler lanyards that can be used to enjoy food and beverages at the event. The lanyards, which start at $40, will be available in five-item and 10-item options. Pass members can purchase an exclusive 12-item sampler.

Mardi Gras runs Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through March 3, with the food and beverage locations opening at 12 p.m. each day of the event.
