Delays were happening Monday afternoon at Tampa International Airport.

On its Twitter account, the airport said: "We’re currently experiencing widespread delays due to a temporary closure of the Jacksonville FAA Air Traffic Control Center. Please check with your airline for your flight status information."

The FAA said someone there tested positive within the last 24 hours and that precautions are being taken.

If you have a flight there or are picking up someone, you should first check the airport's website.
